Much of our work is grounded in the research developed by Harvard University psychologist David McClelland and the company he helped found, which is now known as Korn Ferry/Hay Group, a global management consulting firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with 86 offices in 49 countries around the world. They specialize in helping to align organizations to their people – developing, engaging and rewarding them to reach new heights, so that leaders can do what they do best, apply their passion to meeting organizational goals.
