  • Superintendent and Treasurer Searches: We offer a comprehensive search program that can be uniquely tailored to meet your Board’s needs and budget. Fundamental to our process is the belief that the board of education must own the process. We will ensure the development of a timeline, key focus group meetings, consistent advertising of the open position, communication and overall administration of the process.
  • Competency Based Selection Process: Building from our large data-base of leadership competencies, we will work with you to identify the essential attributes and competencies needed for the posted position, as well as interview questions designed to uncover the candidate whose qualities best match the competencies your organization has identified as needed for success.
  • Job Competency Analysis: The JCA process identifies “competencies” that are defined as behaviorally specific, measurable attributes that are causally related to superior performance in a job situation. These competencies can be translated directly into effective criteria for the selection, evaluation, training and career development of the job holder, which can be any staff person in your school district, including the superintendent and treasurer.
